1 Hour Yoga Consultation

Service Description

Sometimes we all need a little assistance. What we do in this hour long consultation is entirely up to you. We can focus on your asanas or can work through elements of teaching, we can complete a class or we can talk though any questions you might have. As a follow up to a TTC, this hour can be invaluable as you walk down the path of a teacher. To be eligible for a refund or to rebook, please ensure you give me 24 hours notice of a cancellation.
